Butterfly pic 1 The CU Pollinator Count is a parks dept flowerscollaboration between the UIUC Department of Entomology and the Champaign and Urbana Park Districts.  Every summer, the Champaign and Urbanas Park District plants over one hundred thousand flowering annual plants in park beds and flower islands throughout town.  Through observations recorded and submitted by people like you, we will determine which annuals create the best environments to host pollinators like bees and butterflies.
Join us to determine what pollinators are visiting the ornamental plantings in Champaign-Urbana and help determine what we can do to make our town more pollinator-friendly!
